About Us
Royal Diadem Foundation was born from a desire to rewrite the narrative for children growing up in poverty and cultural limitations. What started as a dream in Enkorika has become a movement — a catalyst for change in Kajiado County and beyond.
We are founded on the belief that education is the great equalizer — the key to breaking generational poverty and building sustainable communities.
We work at the grassroots, where help is needed most.

Our Founders
Anastasia Terta – CEO & Co-founder
Anastasia is the epitome of servant leadership that Jesus spoke about. Having a burden to see poor, marginalized children fulfil their dreams of becoming doctors, pilots and engineers, she left her lucrative corporate career and retreated to Enkorika village to start the Royal Diadem School, an affiliate of The Diadem Foundation, that has supported the access to education of hundreds of school children from the remote parts of Kajiado. Anastasia’s education and professional background has given her access to serve in various administrative capacities in several organizations where she left a footprint of excellence and positive impact. Besides her influence in the corporate arena, Anastasia is equally well recognized in the religious and political circles of Kajiado and beyond and is known for her zeal for prayer, astute leadership skills and passion to empower women and youth. Anastasia is a woman of sheer determination and resilience determined to leave the world a better place than she found it.
